If you need a new report, or a change to an existing report, please submit this form to begin the request process. All report requests are reviewed weekly. After your request is reviewed, we may schedule a meeting with you to be certain our solution will meet your needs before we begin.

    What information are you trying to retrieve from FrontLine?
    Purpose of the report.
    What selections do you make when you run the report? For example, date range, customer number, location, agent initials, etc.
    What columns and column order, if needed.
    Sort order for the report. For example, sort by customer name.
